Body Slim works by promoting thermogenesis and lipolysis. In addition to this, when fat stores are released, the body is provided with more energy, thereby increasing physical performance. As with any supplement, this works best when used in conjunction with a balanced diet and fitness regime.
Recommended Dose: Begin by taking one capsule twice per day, prior to the morning meal, and mid afternoon for the first week. Slowly add another capsule at each interval working up to two capsules twice per day. The recommended dose should not exceed 4 capsules per day, and capsules should not be taken in the evening.
